This component is undocumented until the following requirements have been met:

• Equivalent behavior across all compilers (e.g., -D__FAST_MATH__ on MSVC)
• Expected behavior has been validated
• Sub-components have been determined (e.g., FastMath::Strict, FastMath::Except, etc.)
